iPhone 15 Pro Max iphone upgrade issue

hello everyone I returned an iPhone 15 pro max in October that was placed in September on my iPhone upgrade it still shows and when I check the order status shows it was returned is this a glitch?

The weird part apple care plus still active I did the return at an apple store.

I did do like 3 returns total
