Hi

I purchased an iPhone 7 plus on Friday, via the Apple Upgrade Program. When I access the Apple Upgrade link, my IMEI and serial number are verified. I am told I have already paid off the phone and can keep it. This is impossible as Citizens Bank just took their first payment.

Do I have to contact Apple, as I don't want this to screw up next year's Upgrade?

Thanks in advance.

Give it sometime(prolly 2-3 business days). It's showing this way for a couple of folks

I would give it a week or so before you see accurate information on the loan. The banks aren't open until tomorrow anyway. In the meantime always save your original receipt and don't worry about it.

Mine is saying this too...I'm sure it's just because nothing has updated since Friday, and the new loan isn't in the system yet.

The only thing I hope is they cancel the old loan before the due date for its payment. Else it's gonna be a bigger hassle
