CitizensOneLoan just charged me the next installment payment for the iPhone Upgrade Program. This is for the day 1 iPhone purchase.

Your point?

Look at your bill and see when they're suppose to charge you. Sounds like it's right on time for a month to month charge.
Just a heads up for anybody who has the program and cares to know. You don't, that's fine. Someone else might appreciate it.

The original bill did not have a future payment date set on it. Now we know what cycle they are on. It wasn't exactly 30 days for those wondering.

I haven't been charged yet.

Edit: Just checked online and it says next payment 10/25 so I guess they'll charge me tomorrow. Launch day purchase btw

2nd Edit: Just got charged @ 5pm so I guess they work on Sunday's ;)

Ok, so interesting development. 2 days after my payment was due, Citizens said I had an overdue payment. So promptly I made one.

Then, a few days later, they actually took the money out again.

So I'm one payment ahead for two phones (I did this for both my wife and my phones). Moral of the story, let it do it's thang.

The contract that was emailed to you after signing up, does in fact have the date of future charges.

Additionally, if you log into your account it gives you a due date.

Exactly truth. However, be wary of those dates.

----

What I'm saying is my account said Payment due 10/25. On 10/27 it said "Payment Past Due. Your account is PAST DUE!", with no knowledge of a "pending payment". I checked pending payments, nothing.

So then, on 10/27, I made 2 manual payments. Then on 10/29, the automatic payments came out.

Mine said payment due 10/20, automatically came out on 10/25. Oh well. Its on auto-payment, so if it doesn't come out and I'm charged a late fee. I am calling and complaining because they set up the auto-payment on their end.

Yeah definitely. I can't call and say give me back my money. LOL.

But I also looked at there terms and conditions, and they don't consider you late until you are 30 days past due. So that's a bonus.
