Hello everyone, I have returned my iPhone 15 Pro Max iPhone upgrade program to FedEx so it gets delivered and close on my loan on September 28 but I get an email today around 6:20 PM stating that the phone wasn’t even delivered and I have three days to ship out the phone.
I already contacted Fedex and they’re stating that the phone is missing and there is no content in the box.
I did contact Apple three times and spoke to a manager a senior manager because Fedex is just washing their hands and stating that I should file a claim to get my money back told the senior manager that I shouldn’t be held responsible because I don’t have the phone and I shouldn’t be charged more money for a phone that’s I don’t have.
The senior manager already filed to investigate issue with the shipping department because it’s ridiculous that a phone that’s so expensive and the shipping carrier Fedex decides to tamper with the box or steal expensive goods.
