I'm looking to upgrade to the 16PM I guess (I don't see any big upgrades this year truth be told). Will I be charge for another 15PM payment if it supposed to charge me after the 16PM launches? Looks like according to Citizens website, I don't have a payment due? Is that correct? I think last year I got charge before the new iPhone launched, and I had to wait forever to get a refund. Just wanna know before hand this time.
