Has anyone else received notice of their iUP return kit? In the last when I have logged in and tracked my order I see a return kit listed under the new phone. This year all my order shows is the new phone.

I’m talking about in the Apple Store app. It doesn’t show a trade in at all but it does on my confirmation email. It’s odd.
Yes, that is not showing up on mine or my wife's iphone upgrade trade ins. Probably because of all the glitches on preorder day.
I had exactly the same question. In all the years past, I saw the second shipment for the return box. My order confirmation email say "Upgrading from". I was thinking that I would just wait for the new phone and then sort it out from there. Maybe go in store if I don't see a FedEx shipment a few days after.
I'm glad to see my Wife and I aren't the only ones, I assume if it's a widespread thing it will get sorted out. If I don't see some sort of trade in kit a day or two after I receive the new phone, I'll be calling them I guess.
I tried before while I was with iUP for the phone shipped to me. The store refused accepting the return. I was instructed to mail it with the provided FedEx box. If not receiving it yet, they told me to wait then mail the return. The store cannot provide the return box either. You can try and may have better luck than I was.
However, for iUP store pickup, the store can accept the return.

Looks like it departed form Anchorage early this morning, but no customs scans yet.
When I got my phone shipping notice today, the trade in kit now shows up on my apple account. It is set for delivery on the 26th-28th. So Apple is updating the order properly.
Ill come via FED EX and usually you will see it listed within a day or so after getting the phone. At least in my past years thats how it has been
My trade in kit isn't showing up on my account either. There is wording on the order status about the trade in kit though, which wasn't there earlier. I'm assuming that it'll be updated and I'll get tracking on the kit. It is different than it's been in the previous years though.
Great! Looks like things are moving. I haven't received my email yet but I hope that it's coming!
Just to update, I got an email from Apple about 15 minutes ago saying that my trade in kit in processing. I just checked my store app and it also shows the kit. It says I should get it between 9/26-9/28. I hope that everyone else's updated as well!
