    Hi guys,

Just a quick one - last weekend I was at a wedding and long story cut short I dropped my iPhone 7+ which has resulted in some pretty nasty scratches and dings on the back of the device and some sort of 'air bubble' underneath the glass on the bottom right hand bezel.

Will this at all affect my ability to trade in my iPhone for the new iPhone on the IUP?

    Cheers in advance!

What they will do is use one incident from the AppleCare plus that came with it. And then they will allow it to be trade in.

Just make sure you have an incident to use, otherwise its OOW price. My sister cracked her screen months ago and just now got it replaced incase something worse happened between then and now. She still has one incident left. Just incase.
