iPhone upgrade program

Sent my iPhone 7plus back to Apple as part of the iPhone upgrade program and the status in the Apple store app doesn’t show as “completed” even though they’ve had the phone for over a week. It says status should update within 24 hours. Anyone else with this issue? Should I be worried?
