first time using the iPhone upgrade program.

i returned my 12 mini because it’s too small but would like to purchase the 12.

would I just purchase this right now or wait until citizens let’s me know?

they told me in an email I’ve “pay my phone off”

Just confused and trying to figure this out.

I went from the 12 to the 12 Pro. I purchased the 12 Pro under a new loan and returned the 12. Once I returned the 12 it closed out the associated loan and refunded the associated charges.
