Iphone Upgrade Question

Hi All,

I am probably going to switch at T-Mobile at the end of summer, but wanted to pay off my iPhone Upgrade Phone through Citizens One. I went on the website and couldn't find anywhere to pay it off? Am I missing something? I know I can't adjust the payment amount a month, but thought I could payoff the phone so I outright own it.

Any thoughts?

I believe paying it off requires you calling them directly.

Yes, Citizens dont like it when you're paying it off.
They might try talking you off to keeping the payment loan, their customer service reps are terrible.
