Last year we bought our iPhone 7's through Apple.com on AT&T's Next Program. Last night we preordered two new iPhone X's through Apple.com on AT&T's Next Program to replace the iPhone 7's.
Soooo... here's my question:
What happens with the iPhone 7's. Apple told me that they would send a return box with the iPhone X's to drop the iPhone 7's in and send them back to Apple. On the other hand, AT&T tells me that since we make the payments for the phones through AT&T's Next Program that the phones belong to them and we will need to bring in our iPhone 7's to a local AT&T and drop them off.
Who's right?!?! 😕
