iPhone upload speeds uncapped again in NYC area.

    Just read a blog on Gizmodo about improved NYC service and indeed Speedtest is showing uploads between 800kbps-1.5mbps now on 3g.

    Woot.

    There's a whole thread on this, certain places have been fixed but some still are not. Almost there though, and Manhattan seems to be OK now.

    I am in Westminster, CO at the moment and my upload speed on 3G tests out to ~60kbs at the moment. It is about double that in the Edge network. Hopefully, they will get the fix rolled out nation wide. (Oh, and AT&T, if you are actually listening ... UPGRADE THE TOWER NEAR MY HOUSE TO 3G!!!!)

    Seriously! I did top out around 90 this afternoon though, so it is improving.

    According to ATT they have resolved teh Philly issue. They just called me due to a trouble ticked I had opened. I was like umm no still sucks. So IDK.
