Verizon Says Its Apple
Apple Says Its Verizon
I think it might be ATT U verse (my IP)

Looking at my usage, Im seeing 800-900 megs at night (3am or later) when I know I am sleeping and I know Wifi is turned on. There answer is "turn off cellular, when your on Wifi" Something is wrong and I wanna get to the bottom of it.

I have 16 gigs a months, I don't stream music or watching net flix, I am going over ever month.

facebook has been known to cause this in the past, delete the app and see if your usage goes down

is "wifi assist" on? (under Settings --> Cellular)
try turning that OFF if it's on

Remember, when you are looking at your usage on your Verizon account, its not posting in real time. AT&T and Verizon typically update data usage through the middle of the night. The usage you see is most likely the amount of data that was used throughout the day.

I see, but they do give precise times.

It's real time through the widget but I think it's verizon. just read an article about this issue & there's a petition for it actually.

Thats the time it hit their server, not the time the usage was actually used.

According to AT&T, I used 2.1GB last night between the hours of 11PM-6AM. But used no data between 10AM-10PM.
