I'm on vacation and brought along my 80GB ipod video (loaded with TV Shows) and my iphone (which I rented a few movies on.) I brought my Apple Component AV Cable and my girlfriend's Apple Comoposite AV cable. (I wasn't sure which quality of TV we'd have here.) TV is an older one, I hooked up the Composite (Yellow - Red/White) to the tv. We watched a few episodes of the Office (off the 80gb 5.5Gen) earlier without a problem. Just a few minutes ago, I tried to connect the iphone, and it gave the "not designed for iphone" / airplane mode prompt. I can choose "yes" or "no" - I've tried both and it refuses to output video to the TV. I'm extra peeved because it's a video rental and I just started the 24h countdown. Anyone got any suggestions while I wait on the completely not-helpful Apple support person to pass me to Level Two?
