iPhone video publishing

Does anyone else have issues publishing videos to YouTube from your iPhone? I recorded a 2 min clip and it said it would take 3 hours to post on YouTube and any other site. Pictures take forever as well. Is this just me or is there something I'm doing incorrectly?

Can't even text / e-mail the clip either.
