iPhone virgin - Auto timed changes to sounds?

Hi all

So jumped the dyke to iPhone 3GS yesterday and am really REALLY happy with it.

But wondering about sounds at night. I do on call so need my phone on at night but push mail, calender reminders and SMS alerts are a pain whilst asleep.

So can i silence (no sound or vibration) for alerts/reminders etc at night and also make the ring tone quieter (keep the wife happy er). Like from 11:30 - 7:30 automatically
