Just thought I would share with you my new iPhone 4 that was squashed by a black cab.
No worries.. That'll buff right out!
Sorry about the huge size..
Just out of curiosity, what are the details behind this horrible accident?
Holy crap. Sorry.
I basically lost the phone on a night out, and it was returned to me by a taxi driver who said he ran over it by accident...
Thank God you had a bumper
How in the world was he able to determine it belonged to you? Does it still work?
Probably gets better reception now. Also an improvement looks wise also.
Don't worry you can replace the back panel really easily...
Tough luck mate... how exactly, may I ask, did it happen?
HAHAHA! That actually made my eyes water. Thank you, sir.
I try =). But seriously dude sorry about your phone. I would be devastated
Looks like your iPhone crapped itself. Unlucky.
W0W! Lol. Well, you can sell you bumper for around $50 on eBay to make up some cash.
My dad's a TV repairman...I can fix it!
Bonus points for anyone who gets that reference.
Hope you have accidental damage cover, just a thought but you might be able to claim for it against your property insurance. Mine offers up to £500 on gadgets accidently damaged even if not in the home, always worth a try
Failing that, sell it as "faulty" on eBay, your sure to still get a few £100 for it.
Must have happened on Brick Lane. Sorry mate.
Aye we are going to look into getting a claim sorted through the home insurance.
The phone still works fine, which I guess is a plus. I took it to work today and it's lost a hell of a lot more glass since I took this picture. I have an appointment at the Apple Store to see how much a repair or replacement will set me back.
It's harsh that I sit next to somebody with a beautiful brand new iPhone 4, and mine is now like this..
How very helpful.
Tell them at the apple store that you dropped it and it bounced down several stairs before coming to a stop, you might just get lucky and have them replace it as a :goodwill" gesture
Actually, just tell them you left it on your night stand last night and, when you woke up, it was like that! You babied it!
It'd be funny to see how they react.
It's just a flesh wound!
Really sorry to hear about, and see, your phone's damage. I hope your insurance claim works out.
^^ Love it
