Does the iphone has a lifetime replacement warranty after the 1st year costing $200? Meaning, if after the 1st year replacement warranty expires, you can get a replacement iphone for $200?

Does this option ever expires? thanks.

As long as it isn't in pieces, yes, it essentially does. It's called an out of warranty replacement.
