I have an iphone thats stuck in headphone mode and I have tried all known fixes....now here is my question its warrantied until May 2010 but I do not have at&t service if I take my phone into apple will they replace it with no problem? I am using with tmobile.

He meant unlocking the phone, taking to the Apple Store for service, then when you get it back, unlocking it.

Restore it to factory firmware and bring it in.
It would help if you can activate it also with someones at&t simcard so you can show them what its doing.

I had the same problem and they replaced it no problem. Of course, you need to restore it first before taking it to Apple.

so you had tmobile service and restored back to the way it was and brought it back to apple with no sim card in it
