My friend ask me to help with this issue, I tried fix it by hard resetting, but didn't work. Can anyone give a solution please?

Didn’t know this is a thing. What model, what OS, what did your friend do and what troubleshooting steps have you tried before “resetting “ and even here, what exactly did you attempt?

She has a iPhone 11 (iOS 13), can you tell me the reasons why it suddenly showed white screen? She said she upgrade it.

Did she have enough storage space on the phone?! I’d try a DFU reset (just search google for instructions).
