I recently purchased an Iphone on Dec 18th and today I am not able to access the phone in any way.. It had a white screen for a few minutes and now it is unable to turn on.

Restore from DFU mode. Hold Home and Power for ten seconds. At ten seconds, release Power while continuing to hold Home.
Unfortunately still no screen.. Customer service has also exhausted all of their options.
