iPhone & WiFi in USA

Here is my question,

I am planning on going to the USA for a month, staying in a condo. I believe the place does not offer internet. I do not want to use data as it will be extremely costly. I know that I can access areas for email, etc. that offer free WiFi when out but is there a way I can get internet where I am staying without having to pay a lot, something like a WiFi stick, etc.?

You can get a tmobile plan for $30 that comes with 5gb. Is that expensive to you?

Not at all. I can do this when I arrive in USA.

Do some research to see if this plan is available in stores and not just online. Also check tmobiles coverage in the area you intend to stay.
