I have ONE iPhone out of about a dozen that will not connect to Exchange. I can even set up the users account on my iPhone 4 but when I try to set it up on her iPhone 4 it refuses to connect. The ONLY different to my knowledge between the two phones is AT&T vs. Sprint. Both phones are updated to same version.
Unlike the other phones, it does not auto detect the information so it prompts for the server name. When I enter the server name, it still will not connect.
If I login to the users exchange account, it does not show any mobile devices are connected.
Ideas?😕
