iPhone will not connect to Exchange

    I have ONE iPhone out of about a dozen that will not connect to Exchange. I can even set up the users account on my iPhone 4 but when I try to set it up on her iPhone 4 it refuses to connect. The ONLY different to my knowledge between the two phones is AT&T vs. Sprint. Both phones are updated to same version.

    Unlike the other phones, it does not auto detect the information so it prompts for the server name. When I enter the server name, it still will not connect.

    If I login to the users exchange account, it does not show any mobile devices are connected.

    Ideas?:confused:

    Is it the same on WiFi and 3G? If it's only on 3G that you get a problem, it could be an issue with the data account

    Good thought... I just assumed she was connected to wifi when I was setting her up but it never occurred she might be on 3G. I'll see what happens when I login to wifi and try again. Thanks!
