Currently, the new iPhones only charge at 7.5W wirelessly. However, each of the wireless chargers on the Accessories tab of the Apple website state that high speed wireless charging will be available later this year with a software update. This means that iOS 11.1 should increase wireless charging speeds to closer to 15W.

From 10% to 100% in 30 minutes is not going to happen soon.
    Maybe one day.
