Iphone with BL.3.9 good deal?

I'm thinking of buying an iphone.

what is the better deal?
I was offered a Iphone with old BL 3.9 FW 1.1.1 for 330€.
the other option I have, is a brand new Iphone ootb 1.1.2 for 400€.

which one one should I buy? and why?
