maybe you have MAC address filtering on the router, did log on to it on your computer and check the settings?

Have you turned off the router and put it back on?

Is the router configured to allow the iPhone to connect?

Also are you typing the password in the correct cases? Press shift whenever there's a capital.

Have you checked that the wifi router is actually logged into the broadband service at the moment?

Sounds like it could be MAC-address filtering.
