iCloud is not working mail app won't send mail from iCloud mail.

Same here! For the past 6 hours for me.

Checked twitter, but Apple Support keeps reporting that all servers are up and running normal.

Calling Apple will give you another version of this issue. Engineers are working on updates/fixes to the servers.

Same here. Not working on my iPhone or MacBook Pro 2018. Only works when using iCloud.com.
