I tried to send a photo of a google search and it wouldn't send.If you've ever sent inappropriate content, Apple has been known to remotely disable the sending of pictures. I'm not saying this is what you did, but it's something to keep in mind.

Jailbroken with the latest Pangu? If so, it's a known issue. The JB really isn't ready yet for normal end users; it was released without Cydia bundled so that devs could update their tweaks. The Pangu devs said they'd be releasing an updated user-friendly JB in a week or so, which will hopefully clean up bugs like this one.Yep, just sent a picture via the moments tab under the photos app. Not sure why this happens or why you have to send it through the moments portion of the app and not through any of the other ones.
