    Hey there,

I have an iPhone 2G 8GB, version 2.1 (unlocked and jailbroken) and I'm trying to reset my phone using the "Reset Contents and Settings" option but what happened is after I used that option is that the process has completed and the than the boot-up screen showed up with the spinning thing and that's all!
It restarts itself continuously after 5-7 minutes showing the bootup screen and that's when the process repeats itself.
It's been here for hours. What happened, can you tell me ?
What can I do to solve this ?
And whenever I plug into an USB port, it doesn't show up on my computer.

    Thanks

Hold down the power button [couple of secs] and then plug in the usb cable.
