I'm one of the people still using iTunes 12.6.5.3 to sync apps to my iPhone XS Max. I haven't had any issues until this week when iTunes stopped syncing the app updates to the phone. It will do the normal backup and then skip to being completed even though I have 20+ apps to update.

I've reinstalled iTunes and wiped privacy settings on my phone to have it re-trust the computer, no go. I monitored the iPhone in Console during the syncing process and noticed this error:

Code:
Reconcile completed for Application with error: Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=260 "The file “ApplicationsSync.plist” couldn’t be opened because there is no such file." UserInfo={NSFilePath=/var/mobile/Library/ApplicationSync/iTunesStuff/ApplicationsSync.plist, NSUnderlyingError=0x10267a230 {Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=2 "No such file or directory"}} in 0.3s

Does anyone have any insight on how to fix this without me having to do a clean install on the phone? Thanks in advance.
