Hello,
I have just been given an iphone and I want to sync it with my itunes on my Mac but I plug it in and it says 'the iphone can't be used because it requires itunes 9.2 or later'. I have the latest version on my Mac, have uninstalled and reinstalled, plus rebooted and powered off iphone but nothing work, I've bought aps and they won't appear on my iphone either only on itunes on my Mac. Would love some help. :)

10.5.8
Itunes 9.02
Not sure about phone but it's the one before the 4, sorry I'm not very tech saavy

I just downloaded it 10 minutes ago from the same link, do I need to do it again?

It seems to be not updated on the phone, can I update the version on my iphone?

I'm downloading again from your link, fingers crossed, does this automatically update my iphone itunes version as well?

Ok so I downloaded it and now I have Itunes 10 icon sitting on my desktop but it's not the itunes logo thingey and when I go into itunes it says it's still version 9?

Ok, r.j.s we have progress, I put Itunes 9 in the bin like your video said and I now have itunes 10 on my desktop with a new logo. But I have plugged my phone in and I'm not getting the error message but it's not finding the phone either, it doesn't come up in devices?

Ok all fixed now, thank you for your help. Now my powercord has stopped working! Ahhh not a good day for my Mac.
