It acts as if it is but it doesnt no error messages just nothing new is added to the iphone i tried manually manage and it works. What should I do?

Probably unrelated, but mine and my wife's phones refuse to sync since upgrading to Snow Leopard. It backs up the phone first and then gives an error message before doing anything else.

But you said no error message, so I guess that has nothing to do with it.

Well, it sounds like it used to work. So, what have you changed, software or hardware? Any new apps? Any type of AppSync from cydia, anything like that?

I have appsync now but it was not on when the problem started.snow leopard is the only logical change.

Does your mac even recognize the iPhone, or is it just iTunes not recognizing it? If it's just iTunes, you could try uninstalling and reinstalling it. About the only thing I have for you unfortunately.

It recognizes the iphone then backs it up then goes through all the dialogue of syncing then goes to the Apple logo (really quickly since it hasn't synced anything) and allows me to disconnect
