Hi I am hoping someone can help me, my phone has been working wonderfully and I hadn't plugged it into my computer in 3 months. Today I connected it to upgrade the software, now iTunes won't recognize my phone, I can't restore it, the apple logo and a little status bar that fills a tiny bit then the screen goes blank they appear again.. and on and on..
If anyone has any idea what I should do I would appreciate it. I went on the Apple support site but apparently I have to purchase support help? I'm not sure what that was about.. Anyways thanks
