Iphone wont turn on..

Well i just bought a iphone from a guy here locally for 60$, that cant be turned on and it wont charge. It came with everything.

Its a 3g white 16gb.

Question is i tried that home button+ pwr button combo doesnt seem to do it.

Any further suggestions?

check the water sensors...see if those are set off

Thanks for the replies guys but...

Anyways im pretty tech savy so i opened the phone up and came to realize the internals are nothing like the pictures online showed of the iphone and what it looks like..

The battery is like half the size it has some chinese writing on it and other crap.

So i went to the guy and he seemed to have no sweet clue he really seemed clueless i guess he didnt know himself it was a older man, and he returned my 60$.

So no iphone for me until i get it from an actual phone company like rogers lol

Well whats a broken iphone worth if it cant be turned on? Lets hear your great idea. Honestly 60$ for a iphone that cant be turned on sounds more than reasonable to me, but not for some chinese crap.

I know that for 60$ i could be buying a paper weight, but its the fact that the paper weight would of been an IPHONE and not some chinese crap.

In other more understandable words for you, i knew that i was buying a broken phone but it was advertised as an broken iphone and not some other phone.

Haha well yah, i wasnt going to accept the fact that i lost 60$ just like that.

Ive held SCI Phones and other knocks of in my head and used them. But this thing honestly looked so legit, the box, cables,manual everything unreal what those chinese can do 🙂
