iPhone X iPhone X - 11.3 - Portrait Mode long loading Time

When I start the portrait Mode on my iPhone X it takes like 3-5 seconds until I can use the mode.

I’m using iOS 11.3

On the other iPhone X from my Friend (also 11.3) it takes like 1-2 seconds?

Also switching the camera modes seem slower on mine. What can this be? Is it a normal behavior?

Seems to be fine on. Mine. I’m not picky on how fast things work. As long as it’s reasonable

Yeah. It was some time faster like 1-2 seconds. Now very slow
