Anyone else notice an issue where the iPhone X any configuration doesn’t charge beyond 80-83%???

I’m literally losing my mind right now that I got a defective device......

Nothin here, all is ok
Try doing a forced restart

My Device: iPhone X 256Gb Space Grey

Mine does that too! It doesn't go above 84%

What are you going to do about yours? I got mine brand new from my carrier Verizon Wireless here in the states...I don’t really want a warranty replacement one but all the stores are sold out....I’m pretty bummed. I’ve literally tried everything nothing works. Different cables restored factory wiped nothing works.... : /

What's the device currently doing? If it's still being synced, set up, or downloading an iCloud photo library, let it finish its current task.

Mine was stuck around 80%, but I was also transferring over 9,000 songs and setting everything else up. Once I was finished setting it up, it charged as expected. Battery life has been incredibly good so far. I currently have 45% remaining with over six hours of usage.

Perhaps you need need a fast charger. The one included can't charge fast enough and do whatever it is doing in the background.

I had this issue... while the phone is going through its initial setup (and stuff you can't see in the background) it's drawing so much power that it can only keep the charge it has.

After setup completed, it settled down and I was finally able to charge to 100%.
