IPhone X and YouTube app

Anyone noticing high battery consumption from YouTube streaming. I watched 50 mins of YouTube videos (mix of 1080 and 1440p) in a fairly dark room last night (low brightness) and my battery went down from 72% to 48%. I was using AirPods though (Bluetooth). Still seems a bit high. May be its too soon to tell but do share your thoughts (just in case, if I have a defective unit / battery).

Yeah I’ve noticed the same thing. The iPhone X seems to get a bit warmer than I’d expect running YouTube as well.

Yes. It does get pretty warm while streaming YouTube. Haven’t tested Netflix yet.
