iPhone X - Any Network OK?

I have a friend that wants to sell me a iPhone X. I know that when I picked up my iPhone 7 you could use the Verizon version on any network but the ATT version was not as compatible. If the new iPhone X is listed for Verizon will it work on any network?

Yes.

A1865 is the Verizon version, works on CDMA and GSM networks.

A1901 is the ATT version and is GSM only.

I think the OP should also fund your phone’s AppleCare too
