Maybe you people can help me I setup an express replacement on July 19 that’s day later that’s night apple care sees that’s my adress incorrect then cancel that repair then setup a new one and put my card on hold.
After payment was completed I got an email but I didn’t get the email saying we got your request with a link to track the status is this normal behavior it’s been since July 19 since I got any email ?
If you people can’t assist me I will contact apple support and no nothing has shipped.
