iPhone iPhone X apps grayed out

I've been getting some apps grayed out, at first some apps were third party like Dropbox, I don't have automatic updates, but my first thought was the app needed an update.

But a few days ago I started getting the Safari app grayed out, any thoughts on why is this happening?

Happens to me also. Usually happens when swiping up for Control Center.

I sometimes see that only for the Apple Music icon
