iPhone X (AT&T) Hotspot will not connect to my computer whatsoever anymore....

Anyone having issues with their iPhone X hotspot not connecting to their computer(s)? I have a 256gb AT&T one and neither of the 2 computers I use can connect to it...I see the "iPHone" on the network list but when I try to connect it says unable to connect....help?
 
I just had this problem. The way I solved it, I'm using MacBook pro, was by deleting the previous iPhone from the preferred networks on my Mac and then I power cycled the phone. Once the phone came on, I tried again and it worked.
Seems to work fine now.
