Is anyone have this issue? Once or twice a day my iPhone X either freezes or it starts auto zooming..this happens in safari, instagram, etc..it's like it's sensing other fingers when there is just one.

Is this happening to anyone else? One friend of mine says it happens to him. However my wife, other friends are not having this problem.

Really hope this is a software bug and not some hardware issue where I have to go get another one.

Yes same thing happens to me. Auto zooms and especially stutters. I’m hoping the next update fixes these issues. It’s not acceptable for such a expensive phone.

Are you using a case and/or a screen protector? My neighbors X was suffering from "ghost" touching until he removed his screen protector. He is not sure that was it but has had no trouble since.

Then I’m guessing it’s more of software issue. I hope it gets resolved soon.
[doublepost=1511198515][/doublepost]I have a case and no screen protector. It still happened when I took the case off. I’m hoping it’s fixed in 11.2 per the user above.

I have noticed X screen very sensitive--almost to the point just being near it triggers an action.

Yes I definitely noticed this too.
[doublepost=1511208453][/doublepost]well i just noticed 11.1.2 was released late last week. I was out of the country. Going to give it a shot, and will respond with results..

Finally had my iPhone X replaced. No issues so far on the new one. My issues on the original got even worse. Apps would start jiggling then deleting themselves or moving themselves out of folders, airplane mode turning on its own etc...I probably had a faulty screen but they said to be sure they would just replace the whole thing.

Feeling whole again. If you’re having issues just go get it replaced. The only software related bug regarding any of this is the freezing in cold temps which 11.1.2 resolved.
