I think it's because you let your battery run low, in the screenshot you're down to 5%.
I've had my iPhone X since a week after launch, it's gone through just over 200 charge cycles and is still reported as 100% health. I stick in on charge whenever I can and I don't think it's ever been below 40%.

Almost 200gb used. That’s impressive. You are one of the few people who actually need 256gb.

Here is mine, which I picked up on 4/6/18. This is as of today. Yes I have been using this daily and still only 17 cycles. I'm not a heavy user and I charge every other day.

Edit: I never let my battery go below 50%. Once in a while I do let it go 40% but nothing below that. Never had any issues.
