The video provided details that shooting @60 FPS
Adds a a bit of noise and sacrifices a little bit of clarity due to the hi shutter speed inherent with shooting @60fps, however that does afford you a much smoother image.
No duh

.
I mean you have used a manual camera right?
Increasing the iso and shutter speed in low light always does that.
Sugar coat it? You seem to be splitting hairs.
I prefer the mono Chanel when recording home movies compared to the stereo channel offered on the s8, again due to the increase in background noise, which can be very distracting. Playing it back on my 7.1 setup, results in much better clearer audio.
If 4K @60fps was as bad as you claim it to be Samsung wouldn’t have included it, they did. But they gimped it to 5 min, which to be fair is more than lame when your paying close to 1k for the s9+.
1k for the iPhone X, isn’t so bad when you consider:
A) the s9/s9+ offers a gimped version for a unilateral price point.
B) as per you me video the Panasonic camera offers 4K 60fps @ $4000 or canon $6000.
C) no other smartphone current is able to, without gimping it up.
Again not too bad when you consider the next option to shoot at 4K 60fps is either 4x or 6x the price of an iPhone X, unless you want a gimped version for a little less.
No idea what a ss htib is.
