Iphone X : Beautiful but rebooting on its own!

Hi guys , I feel very lucky to be the proud owner of a iphone X and I'm thrilled to bits with it...

BUT the phone has been regularly rebooting itself. This is quite annoying especially when I wish to see how long the battery lasts, as it resets that information on a reboot.

EE have advised me to do a full clear and restore which I've just done and will report back in a day or two on whether this has worked.

Just wondered if this is happening to anyone else and if anyone has any idea on solutions or what could be causing this.

Did you buy it from Apple or your carrier? Either way you should be in the return window. I'd see if you can find a shop that has your model in stock and exchange. Too soon to be dealing with BS like that. It could be software related, could be hardware, but why deal with that time sink at this early stage and with a brand new phone?

Hey it came from EE, a carrier in the UK on Friday, was quite surprised I got one that fast in all honesty.

Yes of course I have 14 days to return it just wanted to know if anyone else had a similar issue and if/how they resolved.
