Specs would not list 100% everything. Just like it doesn’t mention that the iPhone 8+ has ONE more Gigs of Ram.

So I wasn’t sure if the back camera would be higher quality.

It has dual OIS instead of just one. It's vertically aligned instead of horizontally when you're holding it in portrait mode.

Everything else is the same.

id imagine the dual iOS would make a big difference in light and sharpness. Might not sound like much but its a big change.

I wonder if apple can allow the second camera to pick up other details in the main camera doesn't with the different aperture getting more light.
Does ois only work with video recording? I know they use it for portrait mode also but not normal pictures?

Definitely stabilizes pictures and video (I think it only stabilizes video up to 1080p though)
