iPhone X Camera line issue (LED lighting)

Has anyone with Philips hue or any other led lights noticed scan lines going across the screen when you open your camera app? goes away sometimes and doesn't always show. uploading a picture where it shows this, they move horizontally and are vertical.

LEDs strobe (as do CFL) it's normal.

Well only my rear camera does it, my front does not.
