The camera itself is aligned just fine. If it doesn’t look aligned with the case on it, the case is either installed incorrectly or the case itself is the problem. But TBH, I’m not sure if either of those things are the real problem...

If you’re referring to the fact that the camera cutout in the case isn’t fit perfectly even around the camera itself, then yes, the case would be the issue, not the phone.

I was talking about the physical lens it self the dual lens one on the phone it self according to you both top and bottom are aligned properly so I can close this thread as resolved.

Alex, sometimes this needs to be said, you really should take some of these ‘issues’ that you think are posing problems for all your iPhone replacements and have Apple inspect them in the store, because seemingly you don’t believe or want to believe a lot of others opinions on here through multiple threads, that way at least you can have an ‘official’ opinion from Apple, since you do visit them quite frequently.

Look if I'm honest, if you're talking about the thing near the lens - it's not even near the camera lens so I'm sure it would not affect photo/hardware quality.

Hello so what you all meaning for the speck of the on the outside of the camera on a side they won’t charge me for that?

Plus the Apple store said my phone was fine.
