IPhone X currently running iOS 13.1.2. I am trying to update to iOS 13.3 but cannot. It tries to download the software then it gives me a failure message.

I tried wiping the phone then doing the update - same result.

Any advice before I hit up Apple support (still have Apple care).

Why still on 13.1 when there have been several major updates

use DFU mode

13.3.1 is current

You'll note that the OP is *trying* to upgrade, they're not trying to stand on 13.1.

When did 13.3.1 become current? Were you going to let Apple know?

Had this issue, if I am correct in understanding what OP is saying, just a few days ago.

I assume you are trying to restore on a PC, if I’m incorrect, ignore this message. But if you are, try to disable your antivirus and then restart the computer, if the issue still persists,
also make sure the computer is connected to a stable internet connection. Connect to an alternative network if possible. Then try and restore in the most recent version of iTunes.

I’ll give that a shot tonight and let you know. Thanks for the tip.
