Hey people! first of all, it is really happy to post for the first time here!

I have been using the iPhone X for a little over than a week and I am stunned by the way Apple dealt with each and every detail to the maximum extent possible. Face ID, Apple pay, Key Chain etc.

There are few if's and but's - on a whole I loved the phone!

So, the main issue I am facing is - I am operating the phone at same places where I used to Operate my iPhone 7 Plus earlier. I see the same level of the cellular signal on my iPhone X that I used to on the 7 plus but internet, however, doesn't respond as it did on my 7 plus. At first, I thought it is the issue with the actual carrier cellular coverage but when I run some tests the device is finding it hard to get a ping and connect to the web. And when the cellular signal drops to 4G from LTE the drama is even worse. My carrier is AT&T.

Any others experiencing similar issues?

don't believe i have heard of similar issues

call att and see if they can tell if your iphone is having trouble on the network, have them reset you on the network

att also has an app called Map It to report weak signal areas

or it could be a hardware issue

good luck and welcome to MR

This is really helpful. I will try talking to Att and see whats going on. Atleast happy to see that others not having any hardware issues so far.

Will post an update after talking to Apple and AT&T.
